第一步：明确需求 / Define requirements
提供用途、目标客户、参考样品、货号、尺寸、材质、纱支、目标克重、织造结构、颜色、数量及包装要求。
Share intended use, target market, reference sample, dimensions, material, yarn count, target weight, construction, colors, quantities and packaging.
第二步：工艺评估 / Technical review
根据工艺单分别评估毛经、地经和纬纱，核对纱线品种、支数、纺纱方式及工艺损耗。不能只按成品克重倒推实际用纱。
Review pile warp, ground warp and weft separately using the manufacturing specification, yarn type, count, spinning method and process losses. Do not derive actual yarn consumption from finished weight alone.
第三步：报价与交期 / Pricing and lead time
价格、起订量、交期及认证条件受具体产品与订单影响，应以正式确认结果为准。
Price, minimum order quantity, lead time and certification conditions depend on the product and order; confirm them in writing.
第四步：打样确认 / Sampling and approval
双方确认样品的尺寸、克重、颜色、外观、手感、包装及需要执行的检测项目，再讨论批量生产。
Approve sample dimensions, weight, color, appearance, hand feel, packaging and applicable tests before discussing bulk production.
第五步：生产与检验 / Production and quality checks
以最终确认的工艺单为依据，安排生产过程控制和成品检验；检验方案、允许偏差与交付条件需在订单中明确。
Use the approved specification for production controls and finished-goods inspection. Agree inspection methods, tolerances and delivery terms in the order.

报价前需要提供哪些信息？
通常需要产品尺寸、材质、纱支、克重或GSM、工艺、颜色、数量、包装及检测要求。资料越完整，越便于核算。
What information is needed for a quotation?
Provide dimensions, fiber content, yarn count, item weight or GSM, construction, colors, quantity, packaging and testing requirements.
什么时候确认报价和交期？
在需求与工艺评估之后、正式打样之前，先确认报价及预计交期。最终价格与交付日期仍需依据样品、订单和产能安排书面确认。
When are price and lead time discussed?
Discuss the quotation and estimated lead time after the technical review and before formal sampling. Final terms require written confirmation based on samples, order details and production scheduling.
报价确认后是否需要打样？
是否打样取决于产品复杂程度、现有样品及双方约定。新规格、新材质或特殊工艺通常建议先确认样品。
Is sampling required after quotation?
Sampling depends on product complexity, existing references and the agreed process. A sample is generally advisable for new specifications, materials or special constructions.
如何避免大货规格与样品不一致？
应保存确认样品和完整工艺单，并明确尺寸、克重、颜色、织造组织、允许偏差、检测项目及包装标准。
How can bulk production match the approved sample?
Keep an approved reference sample and complete production specification, including dimensions, weight, colors, construction, tolerances, tests and packaging.
能否只根据成品重量计算纱线成本？
不建议。工厂成本核算应分别计算毛经、地经和纬纱的用量，并考虑纱线类型、支数、纺纱方式及合理损耗。
Can yarn cost be calculated from finished towel weight alone?
Not reliably. Production costing should calculate pile warp, ground warp and weft separately, accounting for yarn type, count, spinning method and process losses.
